As a green-field activity, involved in Company's Bulk Liquid Storage Terminal Facilities from concepts to completion at Jawaharlal Nehru Port. The port is likely to further develop a Marine Chemical Berth to be integrated with related off-port services (Bulk Liquid Terminals, Warehouses) & Transport Infrastructure Linkages (rail & road corridors).

During the tenure, interacted with Government & Port Authorities, Transporters, Shipping Agents, Surveyors, Clearing Agents, Custom Authorities, global Commodity Traders such as SVG, United Molasses, Toepfer etc.

- Dealing mainly with Big Corporate Clients like Reliance, Exxon, Caltex, Castrol, Kirloskar Oil, Manglore Refinery, Essar Oil, Cargill, RuchiSoya, etc. and also Traders & Manufacturers of peteroleum/petro chemicals/Veg. oils.
- Most Clients base is either Exporter or Importer who use company's facilities at Port location for storage of their Bulk Liquid Cargoes.
- Independent Commercial Negotiation for Hiring Company's Bulk Liquid Storage Facilities at Western Ports.
- On Port Logistics for Clients Shipments, as a single-point responsibility.
- Keeping Appraised on Port Development planning, techno-commercial evaluation- Joint Responsibility
- Involved in Port tendering- preparation & Submission of EOI documents, evaluation of Project cost & submission of bids and executing contracts-Joint Responsibility.
